Sehr groe Kpfe. Mehltautolerant. Ein besonders ertragreicher Brokkoli fr die Sommer- und Herbsternte. Groe schwere Kpfe in bester, blaugrner, feinknospiger Qualitt. Auffallend gute Haltbarkeit nach der Ernte. Brokkoli ist ein wohlschmeckendes Feingemse mit hohem Vitamin-A- und C-Gehalt.
Tipps
Gest wird in Reihen, ca. 1 cm hoch mit Erde bedecken, immer gut feucht halten und spter verpflanzen. Geerntet wird, wenn sich der Bltenstand knospig entwickelt hat. Auch der Bltenstiel lsst sich gut verwerten, wenn er wie Spargel geschlt wird. Brokkoli eignet sich zum Einfrieren. Die Pflanzen dieser Sorte knnen nach der Ernte des groen Kopfes gerumt werden, und machen so schnell Platz fr andere Kulturen.
