Brassica oleracea
Blaro bildet wohlschmeckende, zarte, nicht holzig werdende, blaue Kohlrabi. Hoher Ertrag, sehr schofest und ein groes Anbaufenster.
Aussaat:
Frhsaaten FebruarMrz ins Frhbeet oder Aussaatgefe. Direktsaat ins Freiland ab Ende Mrz bis Mitte Juni.
Keimung:
Saattiefe 0,51cm. Keimung nach ca. 1 Woche bei einer optimalen Temperatur von 16C.
Kultur:
Frhsaaten nach 2 Wochen auf 5x5cm pikieren, Auspflanzung ab April im Abstand 30 x 30cm.
Standort:
Sonnige, nicht zu trockene Lage. Bevorzugt schweren Boden, nhrstoffreich, feucht und humos.
Ernte:
Frhsaaten im Juni, sptere Aussaaten ab August. Je spter, desto besser die Lagerfhigkeit. Nicht bei Frost ernten.
Verwendung:
Als Gemse oder Salat. Sehr vitaminund mineralstoffreich.
Tipp:
Mischkultur mit Tomaten oder Sellerie ist gut gegen Kohlweissling. Ebenfalls gute Nachbarn sind Bohnen und Salat.
